FAQs

Can I use your tools with my clients?

The membership gives you a licence to work with our tools with third parties under specific conditions. Read more in our T&Cs

Does the subscription auto-renew?

Yes. You will receive an automated alert a few days before it renews so you have the option to cancel it. If the membership fee was billed to your credit card but you had intended to cancel, contact us within 7 days of the payment and we can refund it in full.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. If you want to quit the membership you can cancel anytime on the platform and your plan will be canceled immediately. The next month won’t be billed.

Can I share my membership with a colleague or friend?

As a community stands and falls by trust, we need to know who is on the platform. Therefore, a membership gives one individual access to the community. Read more in our T&Cs. For teams of more than two people, we offer a volume discount. Email us at team@aboutthebrand.dk

Can I get an official invoice for my payments?

Yes. You can download invoices and adjust your billing information on the platform.

What if I don’t have a credit card?

For those who don’t have a credit card, we offer an annual subscription of $600. You can pay via bank transfer. Please email us your request with your full billing address (company name, post address, country, and any VAT/TAX numbers) to team@aboutthebrand.dk and we will send you an invoice and details for payment. After the payment is received, we will send you a link to log in.
